Root Can't install Blackout ICS Incredible v3.0.0 - Help!

Hi,

I have rooted my phone, installed the latest Clockwordmod Touch ROM Manager, S-ENG-off and all.

I have then downloaded Blackout ICS Incredible v3.0.0 by XDA and put it on my SD-card.

I have tried numerous times to install this ROM but it doesn't install:

I go through all the pre-install stuff (full wipe of data, cache; language, clock settings) and then decide to install. Install just works to about 14% and then the next screen appears, tells me all is done and if I'd like to reboot.

When I do, Gingerbread and Sense 3.0 open up with all my settings gone ...

What went wrong? Any idea?

Did you do a full wipe inside the aroma installer?

When it asks you to reboot don't do it whilst in the AROMA installer, say no then reboot in either 4EXT or CM. Also as Mehta23 has pointed out a FULL wipe is required.
