it worked before and I got it both on a win xp 32bit pc and a huawei u8650 android phone.

It says the attached.

What to do?

I did a Google search on the error string in your 1st screencap and came across this.

I didn't read the entire thread, but it appears that the resolution to that was to set the computer to allow unsigned drivers. The user had to set it globally.

The thread is titled EasyTether Pro, but the user was attempting to install PDANet and got the same error as you.

PdaNet+(FoxFi) for Sprint/AT&T
