Help can't install standard rom

hello there,

i've got a problem with my huawei ascend mate, i installed a custum rom but want to get back to my standard rom.
but when i put the update file on my sd card and start the phone with the volume up/down button holded, he tries to update but says my phone is "in lock state"
what can i do to get the original firmware on my phone?

do it with your usb cable not attached otherwise it tries to read an external usb device and the file should be put in the dload folder on your sd card it should be called UPDATE.APP otherwise it won work try to download the b122 version the latest version complete with gapps
