Root Cant install update using TWRP

Hey guy's, so I've been trying to install update 2.13.651.1 on my phone but every time I get multiple errors and it fails. I've unlocked the bootloader on my phone, rooted it and got TWRP Recovery using this tutorial: How to Root HTC Evo 4G LTE! [Unlock Bootloader][TWRP Recovery] | HTC Evo 4G Hacks!
I've tried installing it by pressing install and swiping in the recovery but no good, unless that's not how you install updates... So how can I update my phone? Am I doing something wrong? And also, how come I received this update instead of 3.15.651.16? It only gives me this update every time I check, which was on the 13th and today.

I've moved your thread to the root forum, we'll need to get more info on where you're at and what your phone status is - PLEASE don't try doing more until we can get some proper info to help.

When you boot into your bootloader, what version does it say?

When you boot into TWRP, what version does it say?

And when you're rooted - leave OTAs alone. Don't accept them. Don't try to install them with TWRP.
