Help Can't Install

Hi. This is LG G3 International Unlocked.

Can't install aything, anybody know what is up here? Thank You

Reboot /restart device.
Go to settings >storage>cached data>clear cached data.
Go to settings>storage>apps> google play store>clear data.
Go to settings>storage>apps> download manager>clear data.
Go to settings>storage>apps> settings>clear data.
Go to home screen select"google settings" app>tap on this>three dot menu.
tap on the button" clear app data".
Reboot /restart device.
Still problem persists.
Remove google account and add account.

Download the app from here:

Then go to Settings>Security and tap the check box to allow installation of apps from unknown sources.

Install the app from the link above.

Then go to Settings>Apps (or Application Manager) and choose the app (Best 3D Wallpapers) and clear the data and the cache.
Now uninstall and reinstall through the Play Store (if it lets you), so you can receive updates properly.
If it still doesn't work, just install it from the link above and don't worry about it...lol... That app probably won't ever be updated...

Also, get rid of cm booster and any other Cheetah Mobile apps... They are malware... For real, this app probably is, too...
