What is the difference between a 3g and a non-3g call? There is no video calling camer on the phone so what do you need the 3g calling for?

ok i got the point but milestone comes with a front camera. then how to use it. the official motorola site says its a video call cam.

There is no front camera on the Milestone. The small dots are sensors and not a camera.
