Hi,

I'm having problem making phone calls. Every time I dial I get this error: "Your call cannot be connected. Please check your phone settings".

I already uninstalled APNDroid and restart the phone. I can receive calls and send SMS without a problem.

Please help.

Thanks.

Hello Melody Man.

Can you provide more information about your situation, please?

System (wifi/network)? Carrier? ..etc..

I see you've posted in Samsung Galaxy 5, is that the device with the issue?

It could just be a matter of going through your network settings, etc.

Hi,

Yes, the phone is Samsung Galaxy 5.

I tried using another SIM card (from another carrier) on the Android phone and I was able to make a call. I tried the SIM card, the one that is unable to make a call on Android phone, on another phone and I was able to call.

I remember that APNDroid appended something to the APN, that's not really the one causing the problem does it?

Got the same problem and had already figured out. If you are using smart sim you should set "Call" settings "Show my number" and set to "by network". Mine works without calling those hard to call Smart technical support. Tanks to diy thing ha ha ha.
