Root Cant make bootable cd with Gparted

People, please help, I want to partition my sd using Gparted, and i downloaded .iso file and MagicIso, but i just cant make Gparted running. I dont know what I`m doing wrong. I burned two CDs, put in bios cd/dvd rom on top of the priority list, but it just wont start. I`m using windows xp, 32-bit version.

In MagicIso, i just open the program, then load iso file and burn it. It says in program that it is bootable. Am I missing something?

I don't know MagicIso (not a Windows person really). There is a difference between creating a bootable CD and just copying the file to CD, but it sounds like that's what MagicIso is supposed to do.

You might want to look at this guide. As well as linking to guides to creating a bootable CD or USB stick, it tells you how to create a virtual machine to run GParted, which is another way of doing it.
