Help cant make calls

just bought a70 installed simcard it gets activated but when i unlock screen i can make only emergency calls pls help

you should sync it with google through wifi or just skip google sign-in and it'll work for sure... find the android tips and open it skip the google sign-in on it...

well never had that problem...
just make sure the sim card is completely inserted...
