Help Can't make in-app purchases, anybody else?

I have a rooted T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II and cannot make in-app purchases (such as gems in Restaurant Story). I've tried on a few different apps and can't do it on any of them. One time I was able to briefly catch one of the error screens and it said something like, "In-app purchases are disabled on your device". Usually it just throws error screens. I have not been able to find anything on google about it and can't tell if nobody else tries or I'm the only one that can't. Any ideas?

I don't know if you resolved this yet, I am new to this forum. If you go into the Play Store and then select menu and then settings. About halfway down is a place to set a pin, once you set the pin you can check the box that says use pin for in app purchases. This should work. I am on ICS so it maybe in a slightly different place on your version.

Same issue here on nviia shield portable, even x plane 10 crashes because it gets no access to iaps.

And there's no settings in play store to open it again either.
