Root can't make or recieve calls or texts

So basically, when I'm at home, I cannot make or recieve calls or texts, nor do i get internet access. It seems to only be this cell tower, I've contacted VM and they just say my phone is broken. I've already gotten a replacement and this one has the same exact issue on the same exact tower. I've attached some screenshots so you can help figure out what the issue is!
EDIT: So I've ruled out the ROM.. Just flashed Mobster's rom and same issue.

Can you call Sprint? it is their tower.

Thanks for the suggestion.. I got it all figured out now. I updated my PRL to 22081 and everything seems to work again. Not sure what the issue was. My best guess is that something was ****** on the tower I was connecting to origionally. Thanks.
