can't master rest and needs fixed.

I have a Motorola droid razr 4g lte with Page plus and I can't do a master reset on my phone because it will take the flash off of it... in other words I won't have any internet connection. I went running with my phone once and since that day the volume turns up by its self and it's frustrating. How can I fix it without doing a master reset?

Volume has nothing to do with a factory reset (that just removes all personal information), and it won't affect anything you've flashed. Volume changes can be due to faulty volume buttons. Maybe some sweat got into the case? Maybe some dirt?
