Help Cant mount /cashe/recovery error

Hi,
I just disturbed the factory reset while performing it in boot menu. Now getting following errors:
1. E: Can't open /cashe/recovery/last_install
2. E: Can't open /cashe/recovery/last_log.
3. E: Can't open /cashe/recovery/last_kmsg
4: Error in file: invalid argument.
I tried to upload image but there is error in uploading it.
Any help would be appreciated.
 
what do you mean by "disturbed the factory reset"? what happened? why were you performing a factory reset? just remember the more info we get the better we can help.

I was doing a hard reset (by pressing power button and volume down button simultaneously, it goes to recovery menu where I selected factory reset). As It was taking long, I though that there is some problem then I manually switched off tablet. When I re-booted, I started got following error.
1. E: Can't open /cashe/recovery/last_install
2. E: Can't open /cashe/recovery/last_log.
3. E: Can't open /cashe/recovery/last_kmsg
4: Error in file: invalid argument.

The reason for hard reset was that I was getting "System UI has stopped" error.
