Help can't not send any pictures from gallery in a text

Everytime I try and send any pictures from my gallery in a text it says can't send this message at this time will send when service is available. For example I tried sending a picture this morning to someone at 9:00 a.m. it is now 4:44 p.m. and I have full signal & internet and it is still showing sending... please help me out if you can.

Have you tried the simple Connection reset solutions? (Power off, Airplane mode...) that may help. Also, it happened to me, and it did send the message, because the person replied and it still said sending. Same happens on error sending message.

You can try disconnecting from the internet all that kind of that stuff, or you could check with whatever company sold you the phone for issues and stuff. Also full signal may not even affect how fast/good it will send your MMS. (For me, at Home with 2 bar is faster than at a specific place with 4 bars)
