Hi... everyone i am new in this group so plzzzz help me i have HTC VIVID,,, but it can't open and play apps i done every thing like factory reset clear cache etc but nothing happen so plzzzzzz help me what should i do-

Can you please elaborate here? I am not really understanding what your issue is. Can you not open any apps?or files associated to apps?
