Help Cant open Google Play Store

Hey guys im Yu Yureka Plus user for the past day i cant open my google playstore it says check ur connection and try again but theres nothing wrong with my internet it works fine, i just clear the data,cache of google play store but nothing happen.. Can anybody give me the solution i dont want to format my phone..

Check the date and time are correct, that's a common cause of being unable to get Play to connect.

I check the date n time, clear the data,cache,restart nothing happens some tell me to format it but right now I don't prefer formatting so still searching for solution

i've had that happen once and clearing data and cache didn't work. Try uninstalling the latest update from application manager and it should work. Then you can update afterwards. Not sure how it corrupts like that but it rarely happens
