Help Can't Open

I got xperia neo today. I used well. then battery was empty. i charged a few minutes then i tried to open. then there is no action.
then i removed battery and pluged then pushed the open button.
i saw sony ericson screen and then screen closed and nothing happened. do you have any idea about it ?

What I would advise doing is running an update using the Update Service as this run with the phone powered off and should fix this issue to give you a phone that boots up again:
