Help cant play music

I am experiencing some music problem with Xoom tablet now, I have been trying to play some of my music that I have been listening to since Christmas but recently I have had trouble playing them, I have haven't changed any settings or anything like that, thy just don't want to play any help please much appreciated

Do you get the "Couldn't play the track you requested" message? is your music on an SDHC or on the Xoom's built-in storage?
