Okay I'm really new to android so I don't understand all that much but I'm having troubles playing some videos I recorded on my Xperia Z2. I go to my albums to see the pictures and videos and I get a message that says "can't play video." They were recorded in 4k video but the weird part is that out of around 20 videos there are only 4 videos that are doing this. Can someone please help? Really don't want to lose these videos.
