Help cant play video >:/

Ive downloaded videos before in mp4 and my phone's been able to play the but for some reason this ONE video wont! I've read around that converting it to iphone and ipod will also be played by android but all of those convertions still come out with "this video cant be played"
All that comes out is 2-3 seconds of sound from the video with a black screen then it stops completely Does anyone know the exact conversions to make this video play?? its pretty annoying

What is the format of the video you are trying to play
Locate it in your File Manager app long press the video and click on details.
