Help cant re upgrade

hello, i just got a htc sensation from my dad and it had the ICS 4.03 installed (he received the push update to upgrade.) anyways he gave the phone a factory reset and it went back down to OS 2.3.4 and now when i manualy check for software updates it tells me that there are no updates available.

how can i re install ICS 4.03 on my phone?

A factory reset will never downgrade your firmware.... The only way to downgrade firmware is if you have a rooted phone and manually install it...
Do you have the sensation or sensation 4g?

The tmobile sensation 4g is not set to receive ICS till June 16th:
