Help cant receive calls

before I call boost and maybe look stupid I'm unable to receive calls, I can use my girlfriends phone and call mine and nothing will happen whatsoever I can make calls, text everything else works fine does anybody know what the problem maybe

I don't know how to solve this problem but I have had this problem before.
It happens at random times.

My wife's phone missed a bunch of calls last week. But is fine now try updating prl and profile it mite help.
