Help Can't receive mms messages

My wife's got an S3 on Orange and she can't receive mms messages - no problem sending them though.
We've been on to Orange helpline and they talked us through a right load of stuff, but to no avail. In the end they said the only option left is to return it to factory settings - something I'm really trying to avoid.
Any ideas?

Have you reset the apn to default

Acess point names under
Settings---> more setting under wireless and networks---> mobile network's

Under APNs there are 4 options:

Orange internet
Orange Broadband
Orange MMS
Orange MMS

The one selected is Orange internet.

Is this correct?

I had a similar problem when I first got mine. Was told to mms my own number. Did so, and it came right.

Yes try internet or one of the mms if neither work try tweaker on the market to make a new one
