Help Can't receive texts from iPhone users

Anyone else having this problem? They're getting my texts but, I'm not getting theirs.

Having no problems with other Android users texting me.
 
I just had this issue. Are you switching from an iphone? Turn off imessage on your old device. Restart your note 2. Wait about 10 min and hopefully it all works
 
Picked up the phone yesterday and I had the same problem. If you have a ipad make sure you turn off imessage also on it. It was driving me crazy until I heard the text sent from my wifes phone. It was like a light bulb went off in my head. As soon as I turned it off, I got the texts.
