Can't receive texts or calls

So I left my phone out in the living room to charge at my brother's house and the next morning my phone was unlocked and in the settings. Now, I can't receive or send texts. My phone says I have 5 new texts but when I open the messaging app, there is nothing new there. My phone also says I have 2 missed calls but when I go t my call history, there is nothing new there. I took my phone to T-Mobile and the man messed with my settings and rebooted my phone and told me to wait an hour.

It's been two hours and still not working. Please help!

Did it do any sw update? How is your memory?

My memory is close to full even though I have deleted things and I'm not sure what updates its done

I would go thru and clear out what you can and see if the messages start to come in and call logs show!
