why isnt my phone receiving any text or calls i can call out and send message but can't recieve ant thing

The problem you are having looks like a carrier related problem.
If your signal is around -80dBm then you should be able to get calls and txt with no problem. If your signal is around -100dBm then it will be almost impossible to receive calls.
If signal is good contact your carrier for IT support.
