Help Cant recieve texts from one person - was working

Seen other people who have this problem where the galaxy blocks texts from one number.....

Anyway, this was working. However, now I dont recieve any texts from this particular person.

I can recieve off other people and they can successfully send to others just not me.

Any ideas?

Done a factory reset but still no difference.
