The Epic user guide says, "2. Firmly press the card into the slot and release it. The card should pop partially out of the slot." But it does no such thing. I assume they mean press DOWN on it, but it doesn't move at all. A few times I received a message that the card had unmounted, but rebooting would always fix it, or it would mount itself. This time it seems permanently not recognized - the option to unmount it is not selectable. I though if I could at least take it out and put it back in, that might work, or I could get another one, but I can't take it out.
Never mind - they meant press HORIZONTALLY.
That seemed to work - for now - I removed it, inserted it, and rebooted, and now it recognizes it.
