Help Can't scroll contacts when driving, wth?

Anytime I'm driving or riding in a car and want to scroll through my contact list, it keeps popping back to the top of the list about every 3 seconds. Doesn't matter if I scroll down or hit one of the letters on the side to go to a certain letter. I have to do a search and type in name to get to contact.

Works fine when not in motion.

Dang that's weird, AND annoying. Anyone else?

Try checking Settings>My Device>Motion and uncheck Double tap to the top.
