There are a couple of known issues that would seem to relate to this...
"Applications missing from "My Apps"
We're aware of reports from some users that several applications are missing under "My Apps" on their devices, and we're currently looking into the issue."
or
"Apps missing from certain locations
The issue with Android Market apps not being available in locations where they should be available has been resolved."
