Help can't see video thumbs on file manager

When I open up the file manager app i can't see my video thumbs I can see my pic thumbs but not them can you please help me to let them be shown thanks they are in mp4 by the way and I have a Redmi Note 9s Pro

tried to clear cache and and data but that didn't work

is there any other file mangers where it shows like in file manager programme already on phone

what does your file manager show? nothing? are these mp4's created from your camera?

hmmm not sure of a setting that will do this.

just you click on wight icon and then set in extra large images or a large icon than your problem is solved so try just 1 timw
