I've seen this question asked so many times on here before, so I thought it would be of use to put the solution up on here to hopefully sort the many more who will no doubt have this query in the future.
1. Press the phone icon (usually the bottom left icon in the row of icons on the bottom of the screen) to open the Phone application.
2. The phone app has FIVE tabs buttons along the top, but you will only see FOUR at any one time:
If you cannot see the Keypad, then the other four are visible. You will need to scroll this list of tabs buttons by swiping it from left to right
Your Keypad will now be visible.
Suggestion to ROM developers:
As Favourites and Groups are possibly the least most used buttons in this list, it may be a better solution to have these as the first and last positions in the tab buttons list so that Keypad, Logs and Contacts are always visible regardless of the current tab position.
