Root Cant seem to get this rooted

For some weird reason, when I run the script to root my phone, it detects my phone then goes down to *Daemon started successfully* and just sits there and does nothing else. I have tried this on both a PC and a Mac both with exact same result. What am I missing here? I have all the Moto drivers installed... I dont get why it wont move beyond starting the Daemon. Any ideas?

Do you have the phone connected as a media device? If your connected as mass storage device, it will not work.

I've tried both Motofail and DroidRazorRoot.com_ics

I have used that tool several times to root, un-root and root again. Not one single issue. That tool is the only one I will use.
