Can't seem to sync.

Not sure that I am posting in the right spot, but I have an issue that I was hoping to get some help with. I have an exchange 2003 server with OWA and I can access it from the web and from my cellphone browser. However, I cannot sync with it. Does anyone know why you would be able to access OWA, but not sync your phone?

I am using an HTC Incredible and a Motorola i1.
 
Having OWA access doesn't automatically mean that you can sync, for one thing. Are you sure that both your Exchange environment and client app support OWA sync?
