Can't send BCC: Group Emails. Need help!

I was able to send group BCC Emails to my groups from my previous phone.
I can also do it if I log into my Gmail account from my computer.
I've been unable to send BCC Emails to Groups from my Android.
It will allow me to send Group Emails, but it does not give me the option to send it BCC. If I use any of the Mail apps, it will not pull up a group if I try to add it in the BCC field.
The only option it gives me it to select the group from People, and send either an Email or SMS Message. It never gives me the option to send it BCC.

Has anyone figured a way around this, or come across an app that can do this?

Handcent, free from the Market, allowss BCC on emails.

Hope this helps. :D

I have Hancent already installed. It has an option to send an SMS to groups, but I don't see an option to send emails in bcc mode.
How are you able to get it to send emails bcc?

Send those group emails from your PC's (or Mac's) email application, from your trusted BCC field, remotely operated from your phone with free

Having to leave my computer on so I fan remotely use it to send bcc group emails is a negative for me.

I thought Handcent was for sms, not email myself (though I could be mistaken). For the email question I use K-9 mail - also free and allows bcc and able to download all attachments.

K-9 allows BCC, but only for individual contacts it seems. I won't allow me to select a Group to send a BCC to.
I like to use BCC for sending an email to a group because it does not display everyone's email address. It will seem as though the message was sent to the person reading it, and not as a groupd message.
It will also keep others from seeing other people's Email addresses. Some people are funny about others seeing their Email address.

Unfortunately, the only way I've been able to do it is to use the Dolphin Browser.
I have to set the Dolphin Browser to Desktop mode, log into my Email account via my phone. It will then allow me to select Groups when composing an Email using BCC. I have to turn off Rich Formatting though. If not, I won't be able to type anything in the message field.

Has to be a better way.

What about...

Send group Mail (use Gmail)
In Gmail, press Menu to add CC/BCC fields
Long press on To: box
Copy
Long press in BCC
Paste

Either delete the addresses from the To: box after, or paste them into the BCC: box for a new message.

Typing a Group name in the To: field in the Gmail app does not display the group names either. Therefore this setup will not work.

I didn't tell you to type the group name into the To field. Sorry if that wasn't clear. What I posted works, I tested it on my phone.

Go to you Contacts, go to Groups. On the bottom, there is an icon with three arrows (to send a message to that group). Tap on that, and choose to send an email to the group using Gmail. Then proceed as above.

Thanks for your help. That works. Thanks for informing me about the steps in regarding to sending a group message from People before copying and pasting into the Gmail app.
I hope someone comes out with an app that can do this without as many steps.
Since I have Smart Keyboard Pro installed, I copied those contacts and created an Auto Text entry for the groups I send messages to the most.
That way when I send a message now, I can just type the Auto Text word, then all of the contacts will appear.

I'm not sure if you got this, so I will type it again.

I have a droid4 and I don't see how it copies the addresses when I long press the To: box. Nothing happens when I long press the To: box.

I want to use the procedure above, but once the group names are in the To: field, there is no Copy command available after long press on to:. Im using Note 3 Android 4.3
