Help Can't send emails to myself from phone?

So I wanted to send myself some photos through email so I could put them on my computer, but they keep getting stuck in the outbox. Everytime I try to send an email, it either says my password or username is incorrect, or gets stuck on "sending outgoing messages" for a while before it finally gives up & doesn't send them at all. What's going on? I've been able to send emails to myself before, but since last night I haven't been able to. Please help!

By the way, I know that my phone came with a USB cord so I could upload photos to my computer, but I lost the cord, so I have to use my email for it.

And, I already tried sending myself an email using Outlook, & it worked perfectly fine, so I know that my phone is the problem. Please help! This is getting very frustrating :mad:
 
You don't give a lot of info. Can you send to someone else? Is there any error message? what app are you using? Pop account, IMAP or exchange? Can you receive email on phone?

I have not tried sending email to other people, but I might test it out tomorrow.
There isn't really an error message unless you count the username or password is incorrect message.
I'm using the app that came with my phone.
It's a Pop account.
I can receive email on phone.
 
It sounds like your settings for email have been corrupted or somehow changed. Try sending to someone else, if that fails go into your setting and make sure your username, password and server settings are correct
 
Looks like everything's correct, so I don't know what's wrong. And I tried emailing my friend & she didn't get it.
 
Are you saying that when you sent to friend it went from your outbox to the sent box with no error message (and yet she did not get email) but when you sent to yourself it stays in outbox and you get an error? If that is case it makes no sense.

Have you checked your email settings for sending email versus those same settings from the app that you use on PC?
