Help Can't send messages

evening my friends,
I recently can't send messages from my hotmail account. After writing and clicking SEND, I will get this error message" Cannot encypt message to send, certIfIcate not Installed"

Just guessing here:

Is there an encryption option (disable it)?

Also, check your security options/configuration on the hotmail web site.
