cant send mms

my galaxy s4 wont send mms says not supported by provider
 
Hello and welcome to Android Forums! :)

You would need to ensure that you have the correct APN's (Access Point Names) for your carrier, in order to send an MMS message. You also need to turn on mobile data, as it's needed to send an MMS message.
