cant send or receive mms

Hi there how are you today?I have a samsung mini galaxy,im getting used to it.It hasnt been the easiest phone to use.I cant send or receive mms.Can somebody help me? By the way im blonde

It could be the APN settings for your phone - you would need to get them from you carrier... they can usually be sent to you as a text message.
