I have sprint and this past week my samsung galaxy won't send or receive texts only when I'm at home. I have had the phone for less than a year. I have tried rebooting. Pulled out battery and SIM card and tried updating. Nothing is working. Called sprint and they told me they have no solution that I should goto the nearest sprint store 70 miles away! Please help.
