Root Can't send Photos with MMS or EMail

I'm wondering if anyone has an idea why this might be happening.

I'm using a rooted a LG Optimus F7 with a stock ROM (ZV5)on Boost Mobile. I'm not sure how long this has been the case, but I discovered yesterday that I can't send an email with a photo attached. Also trying to send an MMS won't work either. I can compose the message and attach the photo, but then the phone just gets stuck on "sending" and the message never goes.

I can still send emails and texts, but not with a photo attached. I use GMail and can send attachments from the computer with no problems.

Also, it doesn't matter if I'm on wi-fi or 4G

UPDATE:

I did a factory reset on my phone then restored it from backups. Problem solved.
