Root cant send picture text after update

Hi, So I updated to the updated ZV4 rom and upgrade to the c8 radio... now it seems I can't send texts.. any one with this problem/solution?

edit:: I'm on boost mobile. I've tried ##72782#, reactivating, PRL/profile update and nothing..any one else noticing no pic txts with c8 radio?

I actually hadn't sent a pic message since updating, so I just tried. Worked fine using Textra.

go sms pro..its my default messenger. Never had a problem before with it

I am with hangouts, sometimes it's a problem, sometimes it's not. Not sure what causes it.
