Help Can't send/receive phone calls/text messages

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

My phone will not send/receive phone calls or text messages. It will only run apps that use data whether it be 3G or Wi-Fi. When I tried calling my phone from a land-line it went straight to voicemail even though my phone is on.

Do you have Google voice attached to your phone?

Did this start happening as soon as you updated to jb?

Also did you factory reset after you updated to jb? If not that would be my advice for now

I'm not sure what Google Voice is exactly.

I updated to JellyBean the day after the update came out. I did a factory reset and cleared my cache the day after the update.

So your Sprint 3G data works but no phone calls or text messages? Your phone may need to be re-activated. First try going to system updates and updating your profile and PRL.

Or if you're part of a group account, there may be a problem with the account setup. Maybe for some reason your phone is NOT part of the group now. Log in to your account at Sprint online and see if your phone is listed. Or go to their activation website and give that a try...

Activate your new phone

...or call Sprint and they'll get it working again.

I just flashed my galaxy s3 with a synergy custom rom and when I did I noticed that I can't make any phone calls or text message. every thing else works awesome. but its really annoying since I have to be on the phone for my business. I checked my settings and its says service state out of service, my signal strength is -103dBm 37 asu I don't know what to do can anyone help.
