Help Can't set up an outlook email, shows blank screen (and other apps)

On the set up email screen I can set up a gmail email without a hitch on the Cubot Cheetah 2, the screen just goes blank on the log in page if I try to link an outlook email, this happens on other apps too like Xbox smartglass and FIFA 17 companion app, blank screens on the log in page, does anyone know the cause? It's a new phone, just got it.

Are you using the email app or the gmail app?
