Help Can't sideload to data/local/tmp with sideload wonder pls help!!!

I have an AT&T Samsung Galaxy S and am trying to sideload an .apk file using Sideload Wonder Machine. While using the toubleshoot options "USB Troubleshoot" & "Test File Locations" The tests come back with no errors. However, when I go to install the app via SWM I recieve an error message every single time.

Error: failed to copy 'c:\AC SWM\payload\to install.apk to data/local/tmp/to install.apk: not a directory

What's going on here? Can anyone please help?
