Trying to update an app in the Play Store I get the message that I must sign in to my Google account.
I know my user name and password and have 2-step verification turned off. Yet while I can go to gmail and sign in I keep getting turned down while updating the app.
My problem is on my Galaxy Tab 2.0 7" and the device is not rooted.
What's going on here?
