Can't stop email notifications.

….. always flooding my inbox, despite always being unchecked in Settings.

Am I doing it wrong?
Is this a known bug?

I have them unchecked on mine and don't receive email notifications.

Just to be sure, are you hitting "save changes" at the bottom of the page after you uncheck them?

Thanks, but yes definitely save changes and get a banner saying saved.
Have had it set for no emails for weeks or months but always get emails for mostly everything.
Check settings occasionally and re - save things. Still same. Bummer. Ah well.

Actually I did not receive an email for your above post, so as I continue to receive further emails they may be confined to posts in the Forum Games, Off Topic and Funny threads. I'm not sure atm. I vaguely remember something about this before.
I'll keep an eye on the Android Help and other sections I venture in to at times. I may just get browser notifications for new posts on those, which is what I want.
