Can't Turn Off Talkback

[JediPearce]

When I was installing LastPass on my phone, TalkBack was somehow turned on. The problem is I don't have a TalkBack setting in my Accessibility menu, so there's no toggle to turn it back off. Any ideas?

I already tried turning off the LastPass & Pebble services, but that changed nothing.
