Have been have an issues with unit not chsrging at times.
Then camera just quit working. A couple of days ago it started not turning back off. Still cant get it on for past 30 minutes.
I called Att and they only want to replace battery, I called samsung and tey always talk about resetting (as we have done tis already for earlier problem). This is all well and good, but the Sd and Sim does not save all info and you must g back and put it back in eac time and I done know that tis will work nor for how long. Any suggestions? ATT says to fiannly bring it to a service /warranty center and they will FIX it. I have only had it two months. I dont want it fixed. Am I being unreasonable. I have spent about 15 hrs already trying to get this phone and another operational to have it work for a couple months,.
