Help Can't type in any app!

This happened for the 2nd time in 2 days today. I go into messages, or email, or facebook, or anything...touch the textbox to bring up the keyboard, touch my keys and although it highlights the keys as normal, nothing goes into the textbox! Quitting the app and going back in did nothing. Had to shut down the phone and restart it to finally get it working.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you using the stock keyboard? Or a different one that you downloaded?

If you are using swype, it is a known issue, although I haven't experienced it

If you have a 3rd party app for bluetooth keyboard functions make sure you don't have them active. Maybe its doing something funky with you keypad.
